Alok Kumar Kuchhal

CS Alok Kumar Kuchhal is a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 18 years of post-qualification standing. S He is a Registered Insolvency Professional and besides this he has obtained Masters Degree in Commerce (M.Com.) and Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B.) as well. He is successfully running his independent Company Secretaries & Law firms.

Currently he is also on board of two Public Limited as an Independent Director. He has served as the member of various committees of Northern India Regional Council The Institute of Company Secretaries of India including PCS Committee, Professional Development Committee, Chairman PDC Noida. In the year 2015 he has been the chairman of the Noida Chapter of Northern India Regional Council The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also been the Member of CII previously.

He has authored various articles as part of his professional knowledge enhancement initiative which were published in National and International Magazines including the “Chartered Secretary” the prestigious monthly Journal of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has also been a co-author for the book titled as “Practice Manual – NCLT & NCLAT.”

His rich practice experience encompasses Corporate Consultancy, Legal advisory, Merger, Winding‐up, BIFR matters, Corporate Restructuring at various levels, IBBI, FDI and FIPB Approvals, Joint Venture Agreements with Overseas Companies, Secretarial Audits, Stock Exchange, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), RBI related matters and various other Corporate matters and working as IRP in few matters. He is regularly appearing before the various benches of NCLT and High Courts.
