contributed to the growth of many leading Indian and Multinational companies in establishing their operations and ensured the right path of growth through the right planning and policies and through getting right set of leadership. He was also the Co Founder & Managing Director of Eggspert Nutri Innovations Private Limited, with the first FMCG
brand of eggs in North India .Harsh also started www.hrizzus.com “HR izz us” which was the first B2B recruitment portal which brings companies and job consultants under one ecosystem and takes care of the entire recruitment process across the industry and domain. It was one of the kind portal where actually companies used to do recruitment's and other activities like employee background screening.

Harsh is an educationist also and served the most prestigious Amity University as Senior Faculty and Head Corporate Relations. He has imparted his management skills specially Marketing, Organizational Behavior, MIS and HR Management to management aspirants.
