Anchal is a legal professional having an enriched exposure in the domains of Corporate Law, Secretarial Compliance's and Due Diligence field. She has worked closely with diversified entities, from law firm to corporate (Indian as well as multinationals). She carries over a decade of experience in handling compliance, legal and corporate governance matters in India. As an independent practitioner she is leveraging her diversified experience across the entire spectrum of legal, compliance, regulatory, and corporate secretarial matters.
