Prayag is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & B. Com (H) from Delhi University. After a career of more than a decade he carries a rich experience in the domain of accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance's, business process outsourcing and advisory services.

Prayag has been the leader while carrying out an entire spectrum of Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits. He has a great exposure in setting up new businesses, ERP Implementation, development of Internal Control Systems, Cost Optimization drives.

He has strong command, specialization and proficiency over application of accounting standards, preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Reports Analysis, conducting Internal Control Reviews, Risk Assessments and Risk Mitigation Mechanisms. On taxation side he has been handling a range of regulatory matters on Income tax, GST, Services Tax, VAT and Company Law etc.
